About Our Founder and CEO

Ashwath Kumar B, the visionary founder and CEO of Annabhojanam, is a graduate of PSG College of Technology with a degree in B.Tech Biotechnology. With a deep commitment to science and health, Ashwath continued his academic journey at the prestigious IIT Hyderabad, where he is currently pursuing an M.Tech in Medical Biotechnology. His solid scientific background and innovative mindset have been instrumental in shaping Annabhojanam's mission to deliver affordable, healthy, and homemade-style food to the people of Coimbatore.

Driven by his passion for making healthy eating accessible, Ashwath created Annabhojanam to provide Coimbatore with home-cooked food that’s both nutritious and delicious. Ashwath recognized the growing demand for homemade food delivery among busy professionals and students and envisioned a service that would bring the comfort of homemade meals to everyone’s doorstep.

Educational Journey and Expertise:

Ashwath's journey started with a B.Tech in Biotechnology from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, one of India’s premier institutes. His experience here helped him cultivate a scientific perspective on food quality and health. Continuing his passion for biotechnology, he is now an M.Tech student in Medical Biotechnology at IIT Hyderabad, focusing on advanced methods in biotechnology and health science.

This academic path not only strengthened his knowledge but also allowed him to implement high standards of food quality, hygiene, and nutrition in every meal Annabhojanam offers. As an IITian, Ashwath brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a commitment to quality that makes Annabhojanam stand out.
